Placing An Order:

Regular Post $9.98 (for Smaller items: such as-Rings, Earrings, Pendants, Bracelet, etc.) Tracking number not included. 

OR  Choose Priority Post $20.98 to have your smaller items insured with a tracking number.

Bulky Items Postage $20.98 (such as: Bud vases, Tea infuser, Toothpick holder, Cell phone stands, etc.)
Includes insurance & tracking number. 
(This postage rate applies to the bulky items along with any smaller items included in your order.)

Custom orders can be placed by Pattern Design/Year OR Family Heirloom flatware pieces.

Item Care:

Vintage Silverware consists of a heavy plating of silver over a mixed metal alloy, usually of brass or copper.  Silver will tarnish over time, although storing in plastic zip lock bag slows down the tarnishing process.
A soft polishing cloth may be used to keep your silver looking its best.

It is recommended to remove your jewelry when showering, swimming, sleeping, working out or using products. Use of products (soaps, lotions, perfumes, hand sanitizers, etc.) may cause a reaction to your natural body chemistry.

 

Returns:

 

To request a return, first email: bbjork57@gmail.com

To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Mailing instructions will be given as to where to ship the return item, I suggest a tracking number be included.


Customer is responsible for cost of shipping item being returned.

Non-returnable items: 


Custom orders or personalized items may not be returned. Please email me if you have questions or concerns about your custom item.

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns on sale items OR gift cards.

Refunds:


I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, to let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 3-5 business days.

Exchange:


I understand that everyone reacts differently to various metals and I would be happy to process an exchange if you experience a reaction to your spoon ring or pendant during normal use.

Where do you get all the silverware?

I find most of the silverware through antique dealers, auctions, thrift shops and Marketplace. I have also traded for some, turning a piece or two of a customers family heirloom silverware into a keepsake item in exchange for their flatware pieces. That way their special memory lives on, while the remaining pieces can become new creations for others to enjoy.
